We cover every discipline of pattern, mould and tool making. Most of our work is for the automotive industry and its suppliers, but many smaller companies are among our customers too.
Production
For foundries we make patterns and core boxes in wood, plastic and metal, for engine parts, housings and components of all kinds. We also cover every kind of plastics processing.
Engineering and design
We build models to develop, test and present with: from design studies to wind tunnel models, at any scale and straight from your CAD data.
Quality assurance
Checking fixtures and gauges keep your parts within tolerance in one-off and series production, especially in aerospace and automotive.
New
When time is short or a geometry is too nested to mill, we print. Two multi-material printers produce prototypes, fit samples and fixture parts, often overnight. Where it makes sense we combine printed and milled parts.
